  1. Good luck at the readings! Sounds like an awesome event. I hear that Open Mic nights are becoming more and more popular different shops are starting to host them.

  5. Thanks, Sofia. I enjoyed your June 23 blog post about your recent reading at Back2TheGrind in Riverside, California. Reading to 50 folks; wow! You're much braver than I :). Thanks for including those great photos; neat place for a reading.

  6. You're welcome, Angie! Your blog's a celebration of multiple art forms, including writing AND music. I like that.

Wishing you a happy weekend out there in Utah,

  7. You're right, Lynda - Sydney, Australia might be a bit far for this event :). BTW, I enjoyed your recent post about "Subtlety vs. the Sledge Hammer" in writing. I'll keep those points in mind as I struggle and muddle through my latest WIP. Looking forward to reading and learning from your future posts on the craft of writing,

    Mohamed

  8. That's understandable, Talli. The east coast of the U.S. is a bit of a hike from London :).

Bet you can't wait for the 2011 release of your novel, "The Hating Game." Very exciting!
