Ah yes, hypocrisy at its finest.
there is a picture I saw on fb that had to men kissing on one side and on the other it had a picture of children that are starving from famine and it said something like that. If you think this is more obscene than that, there is a serious problem. Salaams, it's me mubeenah. I had no idea you had a blog, i'll check it out. I like it much better than facebooking. I have one that I barely use, except for private posts mostly.
Walakum salaam, Mubeenah. Good to see you here! I'm not surprised you prefer blogs to FB; you always seemed more into ideas than images. Please tell your Dad I said hello :)
I agree, Sarah. Oh, the world we live in.
That makes no sense to me at all. It defies logic.
Jay - I gave up looking for logic in the world a long time ago.
So true Mohamed.
Thanks, Agnes. For a person like you, a person whose world includes the creation of visual beauty, I know you understand the impact of images.
Truth. It's a travesty.I saw a similar point the other day, which was that many people will overlook starving and bony, emaciated children, but raise heck over two same-sex people showing affection. Thanks for visiting my blog the other day. :)
